Step 1
Notifications
Our friendly Superior Scoop technicians will send you a text 30-60 minutes before your scheduled service to let you know we’re on the way. You don’t need to be home during the service, but we ask that access to the yard is clear and that any aggressive dogs are kept indoors. This helps us ensure a smooth and efficient cleanup process for everyone.
Step 2
Cleaning
Once your professional scooper arrives, they will get to work removing all the dog waste from your yard. Our Superior Scoop team is trained to follow a specific path to reduce the risk of missing any spots. We’ll go over the yard multiple times to guarantee it’s fully clean and free of any missed waste, leaving you with a spotless outdoor space.
Step 3
Safety
After your yard is completely poop-free, our technician will take a picture of your closed gate to confirm it’s secure and your pets are safe. We also take extra precautions by spraying down all our scooping equipment with an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant. This helps prevent the spread of germs, ensuring a safe and healthy yard for your dogs and family.
Step 4
Disposal
After all the safety measures have been completed, your technician will load up all the pet waste bags and remove them from your property for proper disposal through Waste Management. No more stinky garbage cans!
